GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AirBnB customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Ladybug: We were cancelled by the host at the last minutes due a problem caused by the previous tenant according to the host. further more, we were told by Airbnb Customer service we could apply the money we already paid toward the new rental which did not happen. We were still got charged the full amount. So I called again asked what happened, they could not tell me why. So I had to asked for a full refund for the cancelled rental fee, which Airbnb did. Since I had wasted so much time to all Airbnb to get things straighten out. Still as a customer I felt we had no protection of breach of contract from the host or Airbnb make any effort to assist the customer what so ever. Very disappointed with Airbnb Customer Service. Hopefully my future experience will be a better one. Thank you.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AirBnB. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AirBnB problem?

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ladybug: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Ladybug: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AirBnB customers?
