~Bamagirlchp : Well my gas was turned because I was * day late. Then y'all required an extra $***. After * days I still have no heat. No one has been willing to work with me at all. It's been in the **s each and me n my family have almost froze!!!! I've never been treated this way ever by y'all! I'm very displeased with y'all's service and the reps! I paid the gas bill in full and still no heat! No one has bothered to dispatch a worker to my home to cut my gas back on but y'all wanted the money *st!!! I'm seriously thinkin of disconnectingy service by May. Yall are sorry to do me or others this way especilly when it's cold cause y'all have no compassion for anyone but the dollar!!! I hope y'all have a wonderful evening in your warm houses while me n my family sit in the cold!!! God bless
