~DKH: I left my iPad on the plane, and the phone agent was unable to solve my problem, per se, but did provide me with the right information that led to retrieving it. If she contacted lost*found in Seattle for me, I would have rated *. However, in the end I'm very happy to be reunited with my iPad. Thank you so much!
