~Cindy=Blac: I filled out a reason I had to return a dvd that I had ordered to get a refund, I was told not to bother with returning the tape but I would receive my refund anyway. What amazing customer service! I was so impressed, I returned the tape anyway. I had a bad day and this lifted me up tremendously!
