~Sherri : I couldn't even get any one on the phone * help me I tried ** times it's never taken me this long I just wanted to know what my bill amount was so I could fit it in to my budget but no they just threw me around and ticket me off with their automotive voice **** and then cut me off NOT HAPPY AT ALL

~Sherri : I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Sherri : For that I would say four out of five.
