GetHuman-marcino: Called for a tow truck, * hr wait, they called back to check in - do you want us to see if someone can come quicker - sure. They put the first company on hold and didn't find another company. When I called first company they cancel me out since I was on hold. When the tow truck finally came * hours later (not at home) the driver said he was the only one working all day.
