~Dave in Vegas: Had to call them to resolve a problem with my GMAC loan. Got a call center in India. Although the girl was exceedingly polite, they have no info to help you- only capable of very basic functions. After ** minutes on and off hold she was going to pass me up to someone with actual authority but I was then cut off.

~Dave in Vegas: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
