GetHuman-16459: The person I talked to was helpful, however I have been trying to get som help on getting the title to the automobile that I paid off and only got frustrated with the people in your customer service department. I'm sure they are following orders, but help they are not. It seems to be a very poor way to treat customers that have been prompt with payments. Needless to say,I will never have another auto loan through Ally Bank again.
