~unrulli1: I called to understand my lease buyout amount. My lease agreement said $*****.** plus taxes and fees. I have an Ally issued tax bill for $***.** dated ****** and I know there is a $** fee. When I added these amounts to the lease agreement amount I expected a total payoff amount of $*****.** but was quoted $*****.**.They said this was something to do with the property taxes but I don't agree as I have the Feb *th letter.They said they would confirm and call me back. I called back Monday late morning and the Ally rep gave me a payoff that exactly matched my roll-up and I call my dealer to get the payoff rolling. Later in the day I received another call stating the $*****.** amount is the payoff. I need someone to send me the exact roll-up to this number asap.
