GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Amazon customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-168017: Ordered something through Amazon Prime with a guaranteed delivery date in * days. (A Saturday) They then updated to say it would arrive Friday by *:**PM UPS. Never arrived Friday, UPS closed on Saturday and customer service could do no more than confirm this on Saturday after I called them. They apologized and offered to cancel my order but did not explain they did not notify me of the delay or offer to make any amends for it. As this is a paid service I think more should be done. Though service rep was present she seemed to have little or know useful knowledge.

GetHuman-168017: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-168017: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Amazon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-168017: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Amazon customers?
GetHuman-168017: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Amazon to know who you are.
