~customeralwaysright: Had to call back * times to get a human! All the options kept putting me back through the main menu "loop" and had to inkey my account number every time. So frustrating. I finally pressed the option to "cancel my service" and got a rep to answer in ** seconds. This was my *rd time to call them attempting to set up "average billing" on my account. Rep told me this time it's really going to work. Guess I have to wait for my bill next month to see if it worked this time. My last year's worth of usage is printed on a graph on my paper bill but they tell me their computer must not be able to obtain the past usage?! Come on, average billing shouldn't be this difficult! I've lived here * years.
