~Disappointed in Missouri: My parent's flight from Denver, Co. to Dallas, TX (***) was delayed leaving Denver by several hours. They were suppose to get a connecting flight from Dallas, TX to Columbia, MO. With the delay they were going to miss their connecting flight and would be forced to spend the night in Dallas. They are both ** years old and my father has Parkinsons. Originally they would have had * hours to make the connecting flight. I called the *** * to try to get some assistance for them to make their connection and avoid the stay in Dallas. I was told that the * I had called was for reservations and that they couldn't help me.
