GetHuman-346409: Schedule for Newark to Miami connecting flight going to St Lucia . Drop off Newark airport *: ** stood in line for a least twenty minutes. . Finally at that ticket counter and was told we missed the flight to Miami because we were late! Our flight confirmation said *:am. The ticket agent the fight time was *:** and we came too late. Only one flight going to St Lucia . Either wait on stand by the next day or fly to Maimi and stay over night at hotel at your owned expense. The agent was cold and never triedt to call to see if we can security clearance . I was traveling with my granddaughter and very upset . At ** years and several years of traveling this was quite a bad experience . Had to come to the airport next day by *am on stand by. My travel agent called the resort to let them know about my new arrangement . Hoping I will get a refund for one day.
