~Anonymous: I would highly advise not taking out any loans with American Education Services. I've paid off all of my student loans I had taken out from other companies and this one is like a cockroach-- keeps coming back. They make it nearly impossible to set-up autopay, I've gone to make payments that mysteriously "don't go through" and suddenly my account is delinquent and I owe more money, they call me multiple times a day trying to have me make another payment when I've already done so (they claim it can take up to ** hours for it to go through and it's my "bank's fault"-- I've NEVER had this issue paying bills online EVER). When I complained that I kept getting locked out of my account because the security questions wouldn't rotate (I had forgotten one of the answers but knew the other two), they said I was mistaken and they always rotated. After talking to a supervisor, however, it was magically sorted out after I accused them of trying to keep my account in delinquency. Worst. Company. Ever

~Anonymous: For that I would say two out of five.
