GetHuman-308895: They have failed to add something to our account ** FREAKIN TIMES and everytime we get off the phone with them, they say they did it yet is not done the next month. EVER! Also my husband is military and they have to lower his interest rate by law, and yet constantly raise it back up without telling us and once we notice and call them, then they finally tell us that he needs to continually be sending in his active duty papers to show proof. Also as soon as he is not active duty, even though he is a veteran, they plan to raise it back up to double. DO NOT LOAN THROUGH THIS COMPANY!
