GetHuman-308247: To whom it may concern,*On Monday I contacted amex as soon as I received a TEXT on my phone to ring the number stated due to fraud.I was offered a replacement card and I requested it be sent to an alternative address, which your representive agreed.* *Here I am a week later on hold from one of your reps telling me they know nothing about it and have not made arrangements to send the replacement card out AND do not have the ability to send me a card.*TOTAL TIME SPENT ON THE PHONE IN RELATION TO THIS ISSUE one and half hours and the meter is still going ON HOLD.*QUESTION-If you don't want my business have the decency to tell me.*Your service and those I have spoken to (Jeya Ratamuthu Malaysia ) Justin ***** Phoenix USA) EITHER TRAIN THEM OR FIRE THEM.*The feed back from Jeya regarding previous calls is absolutely BULL ****, I WAS TOLD WHAT THEY WANTED TO TELL ME Not what actually happened.*Two weeks to replace a amex card- your a joke.*For over twenty years I have used AMEX (and only
