GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/21/17?
GetHuman-dross90: The card is a good product but limiting customer service to just phone is really not customer friendly. in a time when people prefer different avenues to contact someone for help, chat and email should be available. Surely American Express already has this type of service available in their other product lines. Customers want to conduct their business in multiple ways, i prefer chat as that leaves me able to multitask. i unfortunately cannot do that with a phone in the mix.

GetHuman-dross90: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
