GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-zafeer8: To day just a min ago i called American express because they robbed me for **.** they never add my money to my account my balance never added up my account showed a balance of $*.** they robbed me i am going back to the rush card a very upset customer then the customer services repp did not help at all she keep me on hold for ** min plus she muted the call with out handling my problem about my money time of call **:** pm date ********** hold time **.** she did not handle American express customer on a professional level

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-zafeer8: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about American Express's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-zafeer8: For that I would say three out of five.
