~Roman: Customer service ***** when it comes to helping Guest Reward Members. I was charged $** to MOVE from Bus Class to Coach because I made a mistake and booked my tix on a diff day. Instead of just letting me move - which I was WILLING to do - they charge me $** to do just that! No response to my complaint and getting my money back . This will be the LAST year I ride Amtrak. I'm going back to the AIR!

~Roman: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Roman: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Amtrak's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Roman: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Amtrak customers?
~Roman: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Amtrak to know who you are.
