~MissHoustonian: For the most part, I have always enjoyed traveling on Amtrak with an occasional delay here or there, or glitch in the a*c system, until today, when I caught train **, from Miami-Jacksonville. I'm complaining from the train as I type, I should've reached my final destination by now, but WE'RE LATE! The trip thus far has been plagued with delay after delay, and all Amtrak employees are trained to say---when you can find one who is not hiding, is that it's CSX's rails... therefore, everything is their fault! Calling customer service is of no use, since all they say is to write a letter.
