GetHuman-80044: The lady I spoke with was very enthusiastic. She was very nice and helpful, patient as well. She was very efficient and had a positive attitude towards everything. The wait was not very long. Overall, I am very happy with the service. There were no additional waits and she made it easy to make a reservation. I could not figure out how to make a one on the Internet because it was too complicated for me. When I called, she was very nice. I hope I can talk to her again if I decide to take Amtrak. Except I forgot her name to thank her properly... oops. But the res * ***A**.
