GetHuman-314818: Amtrak had lost my checked bag, I was unable to get ahold of a person at Customer Relations**waited ** min & hung up. When my bag finally arrived at my home station no one called me, I happened to stop in, * days later, to find out how to file a claim* Amtrak Customer service is the worst I have encountered.
