~jjnwa: I got a new card in the mail and needed to activate it...simple, right? Wrong! I end the night in tears trying to get the PIN set. I called the automated service, which basically asks for your first born, after I could not satisfy that, I transferred to a human being - who was very nice. However, he told me he could activate the card but I would have to back thru the automated system for a PIN. So, call **, go through automated system, get to PIN setting and it says "system is down - transferring to agent". After a ** minute wait on hold, I get to the agent - and she doesn't know what to do - again very nice - but has no clue and keeps putting me on hold, and finally after ** minutes on hold, says I need to call back tomorroW!!!! Bottomline, no debit card now. AGGH!
