~Poor service: The bank changed my account from a free account to a fee-based account without my knowledge. I found this out and emailed to resolve the situation. Two weeks later, without a response to my email, I received a letter indicating they would be closing my account and reporting me to credit bureaus if I did not respond. I contacted them by phone and finally got through only to find out that they closed my account and kept the balance left in the account. It was a small balance but money I would have withdrawn had I known they had changed my account. I highly recommend not using this bank!
