~drew_84: Purchased an upgrade for my paintball marker on ANSgear.com, but it wasn't compatible with my model. The ANSgear website provided no information on the part's model compatibility or the part's manufacturer and model number.**Called the returns dept and spoke with a manager, who told me despite their website's insufficient information I would still have to pay to ship the part back to them in order to receive an **% refund or store credit. "It's company policy."**VERY UNHAPPY!
