GetHuman-teracena: Got the run around with BCBS* transferred to various departments, always told I was at the wrong department. Speaking with*reaching a Person was virtually Impossible! When I Was able to reach a representative I was continually told 'this dept. doesn't handle those types of claims.' Disgusting.
