GetHuman-346254: The person who answered the phone was apathetic and did not speak clearly. He made comments which were editorial and not of a helpful nature.When I asked to speak to his supervisor he wanted to know why and told me asking to speak to a supervisor to discuss an issue I had was ****nrealistic." He said the call was being recorded and I wold him I was glad as I hoped that would help the supervisor review his poor customer service. He put me on hold to "see if he could find one." I'm still on hold five minutes later.
