~Margalit: When I call costumer support, its just never ending questions that don't apply to me and are asked twice in english and spanish. If I misspeak, all the questions are repeated. How can this system be even slightly effective or helpful unless you have * hours to throw away. So then I tried to wait for Anthem to call me, which sounds brilliant. I have entered my phone number about * times and after "waiting for an agent" for about an hour as the blue bar fills, nothing happens, I get no call. It honestly seems like you don't want to get in touch with your costumers... I hope I'm doing something wrong and some form of communication with my insurance company does exist, otherwise wtf.
