GetHuman-198402: Apparently during the holiday season, when you reach a live person, he*she is a "call director." This means that they will document you issue and transfer you to the appropriate department where you will be placed on hold again, at the bottom of the queue for that department. I was told that there really is no good time to call. Expect your wait time to be well in excess of ** minutes.

GetHuman-198402: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
