~Lovely: The phone number got me to a person really quick but the person helping me couldn't do jack sh**. I bought an iMac but apple never installed the disc drive. The only way it can be fixed is for me to magically make it across state borders to get it fixed (I don't have a car yet). For some reason you can't mail back a desktop computer (also the person helping didn't know the difference between an iMac and a notebook) which doesn't make sense since it was mailed to me when purchased. I have mailed back my past laptop which is about the same as the desktop. So now I have a even bigger problem. F U Apple!

~Lovely: For that I would say three out of five.
