~drdonuts: I will NEVER purchase an Apple product again. Their arrogance and feelings of superiority permeates their customer service.*The Somereset Apple store interacted very favorably with my sisteri-in-law regarding a partial refund for her iPad*, two months after the iPad * was released.*When I approached the store for a similar refund, they refused to discuss the matter and told me that they would not even consider giving me a partial refund, such as the one my sister-in-law had received.*It's PC's and Droids for me in the future.*I am VERY disaipointed in the way they handled this matter.

~drdonuts: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~drdonuts: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Apple's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~drdonuts: For that I would say five out of five.

~drdonuts: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Apple to know who you are.
