GetHuman-sharath_: hello **i really not satisfacted with apple service due to the reason is that my phone charger is burn at the movement of charging and that time i am safe due to i was not touch my phone on charging time. and i have complained to apple team for regarding the same and also complained to service centre (izenica) they was replay after * days with the mail is that your adapter will not be replace under warranty. but my phone is under warranty till date. than i called to apple sapport team they saying your adapter is burned with high Voltage thats why your charger is not replaced.**i asking one quession to all this is not my mistake for burn the charger and i am safe at the time of burn. i hope apple is good with all services. so kindly take this complaint and support me for return my cha
