~faeriewriter: It took a total of * phone calls and a month to determine that Apria could not process my order. Blue Shield referred me to them for a breast pump on October **nd. I called and placed the order and my doctor faxed in my prescription on October **th. Got a voicemail from Apria sometime in early November saying they could not verify my insurance (because it changed on November *st) and to please call back to verify. I called back and said I did not have my ID cards yet but it was Blue Cross and could they please backdate the order since they had all the information in October when the insurance was valid, no luck. At this point they could have told me that they were not a preferred provider of Blue Cross but they did not. Called back on November **th and gave them my updated insurance info. Again, they could have told me Anthem Blue Cross was a no-go but they did not. Called back today asking where the heck is my order and after a very lengthy call it was determined that they are not a B
