GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-kevink3: Hi**I made a complaint about the wardrobe we had purchased, the problem was eventually sorted after some time and we received a replacement.*I was told that the problem was not a one they had dealt with but reading the reviews it is a common one and after I have spent my time taking them down and then putting them back up the same thing happened again. *I am unbelievably pissed about this and when I have tried phone all I get is we have a high number of calls at this time please try again later and it then goes dead.*Someone from your company needs to contact me to tell me what they are going to do to resolve this because I have wasted so much of my time with this.**Kevin moore**Order Number *********
