~Davidemmy: Called up immediately got an answer, but the idiotic woman kept giving me false advice, and when I told her I knew she was wrong, she became hostile. The woman then eventually transferred me to the correct department, which I waited for over an hour for an answer, and my problem still persists absolutely ******* useless.
