GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-rachelbi: Argos cancelled my order as they got*the price wrong and this is unacceptable as I already thrown away the previous item and now I'm left with nothing. Surely I should still get the item as it was their mistake or some sort of compensation for my disappointment and wasted time.

GetHuman-rachelbi: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-rachelbi: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Argos's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-rachelbi: For that I would say five out of five.
