~Anonymous: I entered the office and requested to speak to a supervisor about my case, as I was told to do the last time I was in the office. After over two hours, at closing time, I was called to the window. I barely had a chance to say hello before the employee began verbally attacking me. I was called a liar, when I couldn't get a word in edgewise in the conversation. Nothing was done with my case and I left feeling drained and abused by the people who were supposed to help me get my health insurance back. Even upon knowing I have serious medical conditions that require constant treatment, no action was taken. I am considering legal action per my attourney's advice.
