I spoke briefly with all of these people, Elisa, Denise, Anna, Samantha, Viri, & Denni, everyone of them sent me to another waiting phone line only to end up hung up on every single time. The total time over * days has been over * hours on hold & accomplishing nothing within the * days. I will be complaining to the FAA Adminisrtation Office tomorrow morning, ***-***-****, Clarence Carter is the Directors name.
