~Ruth: I waite four hours to be told that I was not qualified because I make to much money on unemployment. I cannot get health insurance nor get the medications that I need in order to function. I have to pay $**** every three months in medical bills in order to get qualified for the spend down program. I make $*** a month from unemployment. If I don't pay my house payment, I will be homeless. The staff were incredibly rude, inappropriate. Their disabled bathroom did not work and they would not fix it (it was locked from the inside) even when told! I asked to file a complaint and the lady gave me a blank peice of paper. I told her this is NOT a complaint form I want the official form. She said she didn't know where it was. I know there are people who are on drugs who make much more money than I do and they get the services they need. I have never been on AHCCCS before and I've worked all my life and cannot even get a little bit of help so that I can get back on my feet. SHAME ON YOU DES. You
