GetHuman-katelyng: I received a damaged item and tried contacting over a week ago. Would either like my money back or to receive the item not damaged.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/03/17?
GetHuman-katelyng: I ordered a pair of jeans through the shopping app dote and when the jeans came the zipper was broken and they were completely ripped from the waist to the thigh. I've tried contacting both dote and asos about this problem and I've only heard back from dote to contact asos. I would like a refund or for the same pair of jeans to be sent to me undamaged. They also said size *, I ordered a *, they fit like a ***
