GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Asos customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~LoyalCustomer: They refuse to talk to you on the phone and they took ** hours to respond back to one of my emails. On their website it says it will take them a maximum of * hours to respond. Their online chat representative also disconnected our chat with no warning because I did not respond within * minute. This is the worst customer service I have gotten from any company in my life. I have been ordering from asos for years and spent almost *** dollars on this one purchase alone. I think that deserves quality customer service in return.
