GetHuman-75614: Assurance wireless by far has the worse customer service ever.Most of the representative DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH WELL therefore, their understanding of what you are trying know or explain to them seems to be pretty pointless.I was lucky to get one on the phone that spoke clearer English and thats the one who understood whay I was trying to convey to them. she went directly to what I needed them to see in their system. This is ridiculous. I know some of the phones are free, but I've wanted to throw this phone out the window and just go to Walmart and call it a HAPPY DAY for $**
