~ninjaviking: the number and the info on how to get to the techs was awesome and on the money. Unfortunately the tech that answered the call although very nice, had a terrible accent she spoke broken english and had a very bad slur. And she was not able to help me with my problem.I am power of attorney for a mentally handicapped man who accidentally broke his phone, lost his letter and could not remember his ** digit code or answers to secret questions. All i wanted to do was get another phone. You people failed miserably. I have his name address and soc. sec. * and phone* but assurance couldn't and wouldn't help me. now this man has to walk around helpless in case of an emergency.Thanks assurance that's some assurance...
