~JERRI: i AM AN AUNT THAT WANTED TO ADD MINUTES TO MY NEPHEWS PHONE,WITH MY COMPANY YOU PUT IN * AND CREDIT CARD INFO AND WA LA ITS DONE. WHY DO YOU HAVE TO MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE *truly* FOR ANYONE TO SIMPLY ADD MINUTES ON A PHONE?? hIS PHONE IS OUT OF MINUTES SO I CANT CALL HIM TO GET HIS BLASTED PIN NUMBER AND APPARENTLY ITS NOT IN HIS NAME EITHER SO NOTHING CAN BE DONE IN A SIMPLE WAY.I'V A FEELING YOUR COMPANY IS MISSING OUT ON MONEY FROM JUST MORE THAN ME . PEOPLE WOULD LIKE TO GIVE AIR TIME AS A GIFT BUT YOU MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE. IF THERE IS ANOTHER ANSWER YOUR REP DIDN'T HAVE PLEASE CALL ME AT *** *** **** . MY FAMILY IS IN CRISIS AND I NEED TO TALK TO HIM.
