~Drew: still have not been able to contact anyone paid my bill yesterday on time and today cut off my service because they did not receive old phone not working i sent to them then tried another old phone at my suggestion and they still did not receive it, i am disabled and was waiting on calls from dr's and nurses and i have no other phone i emailed offered to pay for old phone and have not gotten a response all day tried to call online never goes through and no longer chat on line which was never any help the Philippines are not ever able to help and barely understand the language they speak. I need someone to help
