GetHuman-223991: was very disappointed with he representatives at assurance. My ** year old mother had been waiting since Oct,**** for a replacement phone. every time she would call she would get different representatives telling her different things, she would receive her phone in ten days, they had to send her another application, we are waiting for the government to approve the application. my mother got tired of waiting and being lied to. this carried over until ****. today I called assurance ireless and spoke to two reps. they said they were sorry that my mother had to go though without a phone. then 'Rino', said that she needed my mother phone that she had the account with. my mother had not had a phone since Oct, ****. and when she first phone in she had given them the information then. now since they messed up on their part they want her to try to remember her old phone number. she does not. Then when I asked for another way to register a complaint they did not have a e-mail for me to contact
