GetHuman-171862: a person picked up but he was in the mortgage department and unable to handle my question. He offered to transfer me to the main menu (thanks but no thanks). I asked if he had the direct department for website tech support. He said he would transfer me to a rep but transferred me back to the main menu anyway.
