~anonymous: Horrible service! My phone is on back order so they advised that I would have to wait a week for it to be in stock or they could ship me a Galaxy S*. I asked the lady if I could place her on a brief hold while I looked up information on this phone online and she said she would hold ONLY for a minute and ** seconds and then she would have to hang up which was rude. On top of it when I advised I would keep my original phone she told me to keep an eye out to see when it was in stock and then call back to advise of my shipping address. I asked if I could just give all that information and they could ship it whenever available and she advised that was not an option. Way to make a bunch of extra work for the customer this is horrible customer service and not the type of insurance coverage I expect after paying close to $**** for my phone. I am very disappointed with Asurion customer service.

~anonymous: For that I would say two out of five.

~anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Asurion to know who you are.
