~ROSS: I filed my claim on *** at *p.m and was told as long as I called them before *p.m I would get my Phone the next day. I have had nothing but problem after problems with these guys but my carrier has been great trying to help. The phone companies need to stop using them. I was emailed today after being told today my phone would be here tomorrow *** that it's on back order. REALLY !!!! TO MAKE MATTER WORSE YOU CAN'T TALK TO ANY OF THE RUDE TECHS BECAUSE THE PHONE HANGS UP AFTER THE MESSAGE. NO WONDER THEY DON'T HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS.

~ROSS: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ROSS: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Asurion's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ROSS: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Asurion customers?
~ROSS: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Asurion to know who you are.
