~More Science: I didn't wait long for a tech but they never wanted me to speak with a supervisor even though ** days passed without a solution to a very simple problem. It took three calls and over * hour on the phone to be able to speak with a supervisor and the problem still isn't solved. I'm going back to mac after this experience.
